The year ahead
What a start to the year, it’s been full of ups and downs.
I thought I would jump in and tell you a little bit about me, and what I have been up to and what I have planned for this year.
My love for baking started a long time ago when I was about three, baking with my grandmother. She was an amazing baker and I would sit and watch her and would help by eating what was in the bowl. I just couldn’t wait till it was cooked. As I grew up, I started to bake myself with my grandmother watching me, how times change!
I went to college, became a chef and went out into the big wide world.
I became a mum to two gorgeous (now grown up) boys and passed my love of cooking and baking on to them.
My eldest has two little ones and my three-year-old grandson loves to bake with his mum and dad.
My youngest loves to cook and bake for his fiancé. It’s so nice to see the traditions being carried on through the generations.
With Mother’s Day upon us, I have been busy putting together the special afternoon tea and delicious cakes and biscuits for all those amazing mums out there.
There is also Easter goodies available and don’t forget those dads out there on Father’s Day in June.
Something that I’m really pleased with is our cuddle in a box. It’s a lovely box filled with six goodies to send to anyone you want to let them know you care, you miss them, I love you and big hugs. Something for everyone. Allergies and food intolerance catered for. Vegan, gluten free, sugar free too.
Well, I think that’s it for now, have a good couple of months and don’t forget to put your order’s in.
'NOW YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT!'
